We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order at our sole discretion.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved third-party gateways. You agree to pay the stated price by submitting an order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where payment has not been successfully authorised.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Unless otherwise stated, orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days to addresses within the mainland UK. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external courier services.
We are not liable for delays or errors caused by delivery partners once orders have left our premises.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our canned drinks, we do not accept returns on any food or drink products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
For non-perishable goods (e.g. merchandise), customers have up to 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse our website or its services. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:
