Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days to addresses within the mainland UK.

Returns and Refunds
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us immediately with a clear photo of the affected items and packaging. Upon review, we will offer either:
- A replacement sent out as soon as possible, or
- A full refund, depending on your preference.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our drinks, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on bubble tea products once they are dispatched. We make every effort to ensure the quality and safety of all items through rigorous packaging and handling procedures.
Other Products (e.g., merchandise, accessories)
For all other non-perishable items, please get in touch with us within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Any order discrepancies, damages, or issues must be reported within this timeframe so we can assist you accordingly.
